The maiden conference highlighted women and children’s vulnerability in climate change and their roles in climate action. This resulted in communique actions signed by key stakeholders including the United Nations Office in Ghana. Communique actions cut across themes including Gender Inclusion in Climate Action, Climate Education & Policy, Financing Green Initiatives, Indigenous Knowledge & Local Solutions, Food Security and Health.
