Dr. Anino Emuwa is a seasoned international management consultant and the founder of Avandis Consulting, a strategy and finance advisory firm based in France and operating in Nigeria. She has over 25 years of experience spanning corporate banking, international management consulting, research, as well as board directorships in Europe and Africa.

Dr. Emuwa is a recognized authority in entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and women’s leadership. She leads Avandis Consulting to deliver research-based strategy and financial advisory services tailored to entrepreneurs and business leaders, with a particular focus on improving access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises in Africa. She has served as a non-executive director on several boards, including the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company and Nottingham Trent University.

Passionate about advancing gender equality and women’s leadership, Dr. Emuwa founded 100 Women @ Davos, a global network that brings together women leaders alongside prestigious institutions such as the World Economic Forum and the United Nations. She also organizes seminars, mentorship, and leadership programs to support women entrepreneurs, in collaboration with organizations such as the Cartier Women’s Initiative and the Cherie Blair Foundation.
