Are you business innovating for a greener Africa?
AFRIWOCC 2025 is excited to announce the Call for Applications for its Innovation Pitch, under the theme:
“Young Voices, Innovative Ideas, Greater Impact for Africa.”
This is your opportunity to showcase your climate-smart innovations to policymakers, investors, development partners, and peers at the AFRIWOCC 2025 Conference, taking place on 6–7 October 2025 at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, your business must:
✅ Be legally registered and operational in Ghana for at least one year
✅ Have no fewer than three (3) full-time employees
✅ Show minimum gross annual revenue of GHC 100,000 in the last two fiscal years
✅ Operate in at least one of these key sectors:
- Climate-Smart Agriculture
- Domestic Waste Management
- Energy Efficiency
- Water Management & Purification
- Renewable Energy
👉 Businesses outside these sectors but working to green their operations are welcome to apply
🌱 Youth-led and women-led enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply
🗓 Timeline
- Deadline: 20th September 2025
- Finalists Announced: 1st October 2025
- Pitch Day & Winner Announcement: 6th October 2025
